Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original commercial packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and the provided RMA form to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship the Item
Affix the shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
