How often should I replace the vacuum bags or filters?
For optimal performance, we recommend checking bags daily and replacing them when they are 2/3 full. HEPA filters should typically be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on the frequency of use and air quality.
Do you offer free shipping on commercial equipment?
Yes, we offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for urgent cleaning needs.
What is your return policy for Sanitaire products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large commercial machinery, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Are Sanitaire products covered by a warranty?
Most Sanitaire professional products come with a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years, covering defects in material and workmanship. Wearable parts like belts, brushes, and bags are generally excluded.
